The StepOne platform lift by Stepless is an innovative accessibility solution that transforms seamlessly from a staircase into a platform lift when required. This unique design provides step-free access while maintaining the appearance and functionality of a traditional staircase when the lift is not in use.

StepOne can be installed without the need for a pit or major structural modifications, making it suitable for both new buildings and retrofit projects. The lift can also be customised with a range of materials, finishes, and colours, allowing it to integrate naturally with the surrounding architecture.

The system is designed for simple, independent operation using an intuitive control panel. Safety features include anti-crush sensors, a ramp and roll-off guard, an electrical safety gate at the upper landing, overload protection, and battery backup to ensure safe operation even during a power outage.

StepOne is available with lifting heights from 500 mm to 1250 mm, widths of 900 mm or 1100 mm, and configurations with 3, 4, 5, or 6 steps. Standard equipment includes an upper safety gate and ramp/roll-off guard, with optional features such as safety arms, two-way communication, key lock, floor protection plate, and remote control.

The lift requires minimal maintenance and can be supported through service agreements provided by Stepless by Guldmann or certified partners. It also complies with relevant local and national safety regulations.
