- Assessors & Field Staff: Training in equipment installation, clinical assessments, and best practices for working with OTs and end users.
- Engineers & Technicians: Continuous professional development in servicing, maintenance, and compliance.
- Office & Customer Service Teams: Training in CRM systems, efficient workflow management, and customer care.

In addition to formal training, we encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Our monthly team meetings, Lean Tours, and process improvement sessions help us work smarter and more effectively, ensuring that every department contributes to our overall success.
