Modern Slavery & Ethical Employment Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps SLC Care Ltd t/a Healthcare Matters (“Healthcare Matters”) has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains during the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

We operate a confidential Whistleblowing Policy for staff to raise concerns about unlawful or unethical employment practices. External parties may also raise concerns or complaints through our reporting channels.
