This patented product from SmitCare allows safe and comfortable bathing and showering for users. A cut out section of the Atlantis board allows easy access for personal hygiene whilst the user is seated, reducing the risk of slips and falls. The board fits securely at the end of the bath, meaning legroom is maximised and users have plenty of space to move around.
The board can be supported on three sides for extra stability, meaning the risk of users falling backwards is reduced. It is also designed to reduce the risk of tipping forward, regardless of how for forward the user sits on the board. The Atlantis is designed so that excess water drains back into the bath. It is lightweight with large hand holes, and the back of the board features adjusters, meaning the Atlantis can fit different bath sizes.
The curves and user-friendly rounded edges of the Atlantis bathboard/showerboard means it is comfortable for users, even for extended periods of time. The Atlantis is suitable for users up to 20 stone in weight.
